My Journey to Meditation

Art and meditation? You might be surprised, but both fuel my creativity and inner peace. Alongside teaching art, I've been a dedicated meditation practitioner since August 2018. In 2021, I embarked on a transformative journey – meditating for four hours daily for six months!

This wasn't just a challenge; it was a profound self-discovery experience. I healed past traumas, found deeper meaning, and witnessed incredible personal growth. What I learned solidified my belief: enlightenment and healing are within reach for everyone.
